My wife and family have been residents of Oxford since 1978.  We have enjoyed our time in Oxford and have found it a great place to live.  Even though my daughters are grown and on their own, they continue to call Oxford home. Our youngest daughter and her husband have moved back to Oxford.  My wife was a substitute teacher in the Oxford Area School District. Since 1978, I have been active in many community organizations serving as President of the Oxford Rotary, President of the Oxford Civic Association and Oxford Sports Boosters and an Elder in the Oxford Presbyterian Church. In addition, I have served on the Oxford Borough Revitalization Committee, Oxford Area Recreation and Open Space Committee.  My borough leadership positions have included Chair of the Oxford Borough Planning Commission, Borough Manager Search Committee and Police Chief Search Committee, Chair of the Police and Public Safety Committee, and Past President of the Oxford Borough Council.
